Flirting with Charon was made inside houses whose owners, people socially isolated, recently died. 
The artist staged herself in doing gestures of the everyday life, continuing actions interrupted by death: To sleep, watch TV, wear clothes, give water to the plants, and so on. Taking ownership of these "souvenirs" having not any heirs, a fictional memory is then created.
The serie offers a complex reading, developing at several levels: the death of socially isolated people, the presence of the artist as "fictional link" or the question of identity allowing so to create footbridges between memory and reality, archives and fictions. This collection of souvenirs gives an existence to intimate and closed places where the artist allowed herself to penetrate.
